The short version

We use Google Analytics to see how people use the site — but only if you say yes to the cookie banner. Other than that, we only get information you choose to give us, like through the contact form or an email, and we only use it to reply to you.

What we collect

• Analytics — only if you accept. Click "Accept" and Google Analytics starts tracking basic stuff like which pages get visited and what kind of device you're on. Click "Essential only" and it stays off. You can change your mind anytime by clearing your browser's cookies for this site.
• The contact form. The "Start a project" form just opens your own email app with the message ready to go — we don't see anything until you actually hit send. Once you do, it lands at info@knackhook.com like any other email.
• Job applications. If you apply for a role by email, we keep your application on file while we're considering it, and afterward if you're hired.
• Emails. If you email us, we keep that conversation around for as long as it's relevant.

What we don't collect

We don't use ad trackers, sell your data, or track you across other sites. Ever.

How long we keep it

Analytics data follows Google's standard retention for GA4. Emails stick around only as long as they're relevant — usually a few years at most, unless we're legally required to keep them longer.
